KBR's Aviation & Ground Systems Directorate provides Systems Engineering & Integration support to the Army's Aviation and Ground soldiers with project based and full-time personnel support services. KBR sets the standard with a wide range of services including Government Engineering, Logistics, Business, and International focuses, while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellence in contract deliverables.
Job Summary
KBR is seeking an experienced self-starter for direct support in an Army Product Management office in PEO Missiles and Space to develop ACAT I level acquisition documentation to support milestones leading to full rate production. The applicant will research, prepare, review, edit, staff for Government approval, revise, and update acquisition documentation required for milestone reviews and related briefings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the preparation, coordination and completion of various acquisition milestone documents and milestone decision Review packages.
Documents shall be prepared in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policies and procedures and shall be sufficiently complete, accurate, and timely to establish program goals, objectives, and support milestone decision authority decisions.
Provide assistance and or advice concerning the preparation of these documents to leadership within the product office and other supporting government agencies.
Track all required and supporting documentation required for milestone reviews, schedule and attend meetings and reviews.
Maintain current knowledge of the DoD acquisition process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and applicability of data, milestone time phasing, technical and functional descriptions of the program.
Must possess excellent customer service and strong time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
US Citizen with active Secret Security Clearance.
BA/BS Degree and 4 years of experience related to job responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are required.
Experience in Data Interpretation, Data analysis and Data Management.
Experience in preparing PowerPoint slides and other visual graphics for the project.
Well experienced in PowerPoint, Power BI and other presentation tools.
Possess excellent Presentation Skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a US Army Project or Product Office providing support throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Previous experience with US Army Logistics policies and procedures in support of equipment fielding and accountability.
