Overview

Audacy is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of our online advertising programs. This is a great opportunity for an energetic self-starter looking to gain experience in the digital advertising space with a premium publisher. You will work across multiple departments and local markets to implement and optimize digital advertising initiatives, making contributions to Audacy's marketing strategy and owning the realization of revenue as driven by the sales team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Create advertiser campaigns across all of our podcast programming

  • Produce podcast advertiser schedules for assigned show lineup

  • Coordinate with Sales & Production to deliver ad copy and ensure ads are recorded in a timely manner

  • Upload ad audio according to flight dates, audience targeting, and tracking implementation

  • Work with Campaign Management to ensure ad campaigns have been implemented and are delivering accurately

  • Troubleshoot underperformance or campaign issues

  • Coordinate special requests for orders & campaigns from sales and producers

  • Work with Marketing team on internal and external promotional campaigns

  • Multi-task to complete demanding daily deadlines

Qualifications

More About You:

Required:

  • 1-2 years experience in advertising operations, sales operations or podcast operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong ability to multi-task and communicate effectively

  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and solve problems

  • Tolerance for stress and tight deadlines, including ability to work under pressure

  • Extreme organizational skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
