  • Drive process transformation through identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvement opportunities to align with strategic objectives across the functional operation.

  • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that help support better employee experience, lower operating costs, process efficiency, increased productivity and process efficiency.

  • Guides the HR leadership team to formulate a vision of transformation, construct a transformation roadmap, implement change plans to embed the desired cultural attributes.

  • Ensure compliance, sustainability and control of improvements implemented across all projects.

  • Champion continuous improvement across the HR function.

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology experience.

  • Ability to research and digest information quickly.

  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Able to facilitate lean culture change in an environment with varying levels of acceptance.
