Drive process transformation through identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvement opportunities to align with strategic objectives across the functional operation.
Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that help support better employee experience, lower operating costs, process efficiency, increased productivity and process efficiency.
Guides the HR leadership team to formulate a vision of transformation, construct a transformation roadmap, implement change plans to embed the desired cultural attributes.
Ensure compliance, sustainability and control of improvements implemented across all projects.
Champion continuous improvement across the HR function.
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of prior relevant experience.
Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology experience.
Ability to research and digest information quickly.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Able to facilitate lean culture change in an environment with varying levels of acceptance.
