This position provides support to the regulatory affairs department in day-to-day responsibilities as well as external driven initiatives and requirements such as Commission workshops, compliance filings and other projects that require significant cross-functional expertise and coordination. This role will support the Project Manager, Regulatory Affairs to develop extensive project plans, coordinate external meetings and meeting materials. conduct analysis for regulatory matters and legislative proposals, and research, track and complete internal management updates.
Functional Expertise:
Coordinate projects in support of regulatory requirements and initiatives
Project manage regulatory initiatives working cross-functionally to secure information, manage deliverables and ensure due dates are met.
Develop PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support Company speakers. May include industry research.
Assist in the drafting and coordination of witness testimony for regulatory filings
Manages the on-line filing system of regulatory filings and information, and electronic filing/case management database related to project work.

Demonstrated ability in project management, including using MS tools and applications.
