We are currently seeking experienced safety-conscious Equipment Operators to join the team at Pembroke Park TS in Pembroke Park, FL . Previous landfill or waste experience would be a huge plus , but willing to train the right candidate.

Th e p osition is a Day Shift working Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays working 45-55 hours a week. Pay Range for this position is $21-$23/hr DOE.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Maintenance around the site and facilities as needed
Spreading and compacting trash using a Compactor
Spreading daily cover using aDozer
Excavating soil using an Excavator
Hauling soil
W ORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience driving forklift,dozer, or articulated dump truck preferred
Must demonstrate ability to learn and independently operate equipment used at facility
Must become proficient in the care and use of all site specific, facility requiredPersonal ProtectionEquipment (PPE)
Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment andwillingnessto assume additional or new responsibilities readily
Able to work outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly
