Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes for this 6 month Co-op you will work toward completing? Co-op to begin January 2023.
We are looking for a talented, creative, and highly organized individual to support the marketing efforts of VMware Global Partner & Alliances Marketing. This position provides hands-on opportunities to help shape marketing direction and drive execution of global marketing programs spanning: digital and social media, event support and execution, executive communications, corporate communications and partner product marketing. You will also be responsible for helping to drive communications that support VMware's leading-edge partner program, Partner Connect.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
Content development and management: digital/social content creation, thought leadership, executive communications, and live virtual-event support
Project Management: hands on management of multiple projects including creation of new assets and intersection with virtual teams across VMware, largely aligned to key VMware partner events including EMPOWER
Data analysis, organization, delivery: help to manage execution of partner awareness & amplification communication vehicles, packaging of results, analysis of findings, management of access and delivery of results to key stakeholders
Product launch support: assist in the launch of multiple partner program launches, including those that connect to key partners as part of VMware's growing portfolio of cloud services.

The Global Partner & Alliances Marketing Organization sits within the Global Marketing Organization. Employees span the globe, with the majority living around the United States working from their various home offices currently.
Where is this role located?
Remote: this role is fully remote and can be done anywhere in the United States.
