Description
As an HR intern at Caterpillar, you will perform challenging work, while being exposed to a variety of HR functions. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to get involved in the many areas of the talent lifecycle, ask questions, be a problem solver and want to help the business be successful - all while you learn on the job. You'll work alongside and support the team's goals.
This internship is supporting our Global Finance Services Division, which provides comprehensive finance services for the enterprise and supports the finance-related functions of the business units, including accounting and reporting, pricing, information technology, strategy, economics, compliance, and sales and operations planning. The division includes Corporate Accounting, Business Economics, Global Pricing, Financial Planning & Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, Global Business Services and Corporate Treasury, as well as Indirect Procurement, Global Travel, Corporate Real Estate and Global Facilities. Total weekly hours are flexible based upon the student's schedule and will be agreed upon during the offer.
Location: Hybrid in Peoria, IL or Irving, TX

Must be enrolled full time at a 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following degree programs: Human Resources
Minimum 2.8/4.0 Cumulative GPA (no rounding)
Expected graduation date of December 2023 and beyond
12 completed semester hours at a 4-year university prior to start of internship or currently participating in a Caterpillar student program

Previous Human Resources internship or leadership experience
