Overview
The Cross Channel Analytics (CCA) team specializes in analyzing channel data and deriving insights into how Members engage with both traditional banking channels and digital platforms to enhance Member satisfaction and engagement. As a Summer Associate with a focus on Adobe Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team's efforts to leverage data-driven insights for optimized Member experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying Adobe Analytics to real-world scenarios, contributing to impactful projects that drive our business forward.
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2024 and ending in August 2024. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2024 or later.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to projects aimed at enhancing Member experiences and engagement
Assist in the development of Adobe Analytics reports and dashboards to gain valuable insights into Member channel interactions
Work with the team to process and analyze data using Adobe Analytics, contributing to the creation of actionable recommendations
Provide support in the integration project of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), contributing to its successful implementation
Assist in monthly reports, ad-hoc requests, and analytical projects that utilize Adobe Analytics insights
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and dashboards
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other quantitative field
Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple time sensitive requests
Ability to effectively communicate with internal & external business partners
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment to make sound decisions
Ability to adapt to new technologies.
Effective word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software skills
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in using any of the following programming languages: SQL, Python, or R
Knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau or PowerBi)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
