Sales Strategy and Program Leader, AMER Sales Planning & Operations

The Work: What type of work will you be doing:

This is a people management role that will report directly into the Americas Strategy, Planning and Operations Leader.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Drive and document AMER GTM Strategy including key initiatives, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

  • Work cross-functionally to develop and deliver metrics / results for OKRs

  • Lead, empower and develop a team of program managers to deliver critical AMER programs with measurable customer outcomes

  • Proactively, assertively, and creatively remove obstacles for AMER Programs team

  • Lead and influence stakeholders without authority across a global, highly matrixed team structure comprised of multiple Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT/EDA organizations.

Required Skills:

  • Strength in analyzing, researching, understanding, and succinctly explaining complex data, processes, and business impact.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence people at all levels and in various functions

  • Ability to make reasoned decisions quickly and in the face of uncertainty, unpopularity, and/or imperfect data

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving, and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Tableau or Business Objects, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • 10 years experience in Sales Operations or equivalent experience
