Looking for an entry level foot in the door recruiting position?
Aston Carter is currently hiring for an entry level recruiter position.
This person will be working within production, installers, outside sales, field inspectors, blue collar positions and operational/administrative skillsets, etc.
Field recruiters come in and manage 6-8 branches on average typically regionally aligned, responsible for any needs falling under that branch
(Have to be comfortable recruiting high volume) 20-25 phone screens, setting up interviews posting jobs, ATS (Smart Recruiters)
Each recruiter would be working on 80-100 reqs at once
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to a year in high volume especially in high volume
Degree is nice to have
Microsoft office - excel
Applicant tracking system experience of some sort is nice to have, but not needed.
