Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Analyst-AMO for the Denison, Texas facility you will coordinate job functions (domestically and internationally), supporting internal and external aftermarket processes.

Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • The Aftermarket Coordinator is responsible for providing customers, dealers (both domestic and international) with parts for Denison Drills. Planning/forecasting, pricing, sales program management and aftermarket product management for. Ensure all aftermarket strategies and programs are in alignment with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Distribution. Work closely with Aftermarket to pro-actively forecast and validate site plans for equipment serial number by critical component to maximize asset availability by having the right part at the right place at the right time.

  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives, manage changes, communicate status, and assign and track issues. Develop and monitor systematic, ongoing review of key performance and profitability parameters. Optimize supply chain with a business network strategy. Coordinates with Supply Chain Analysts and performs special project work dealing with ordering requirements, inventory systems implementation, maintenance, and expediting procedures. Utilize knowledge of supplier capability, systems requirements, expediting and ordering directives and recommend revision in systems or processing requirements to allow for timely completion of work assignments and elimination of delays. Coordinates with Export Compliance Team to obtain HTS codes required for Export Compliant documents created. Coordinate return to vendor shipments with Denison Quality Department. Provides guidance to ensure quality standards and delivery schedules are being met and presents change recommendations to supervisor and Aftermarket through MRC.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA or AS degree in business, marketing, or similar field

  • 5+ years' experience in aftermarket, work orders and shipments, scheduling, customer service, vendor relations, and parts management

  • 3+ years' experience in purchasing/procuring, supply chain or quality

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with internal and external teams and customers

The primary location for this position is Denison, TX

Domestic relocation assistance is not available
