Role Definition
Responsibilities
Collecting and checking documents, such as corporate documents and signing authority documentation, to ensure legal enforceability.
Ensuring transactions are correctly documented and booked correctly into the system of record.
Supporting and coordinating workflow for the funding processes.
Generating regular and ad-hoc reports of the fund administration and distributing to dealers and vendors.

- Utilizes equipment and core applications to complete financial product orders.
- Processes limited amounts of detailed financial product orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Applies checklists to ensure that financial product orders are fulfilled without errors.
- Aligns the development and implementation of order processing with the bank's objectives.
