Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • With minimal oversight, coordinate internal and manage external counsel due diligence reviews; perform due diligence of potential targets; prepare and present findings

  • With minimal oversight, provide legal analysis and advice regarding deal structure

  • With minimal oversight, draft and negotiate various deal documents

  • With minimal oversight, assist in and advise on the preparation and structuring of divestitures

  • Lead deal team integration function and coordinate function-specific law department integration teams

  • Develop, implement and improve playbooks, processes and training programs

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Engages with customers at a department head and director level to identify High Value Problems in their technology transfer, ramp and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM)

  • Provide technical leadership in developing DVS solutions across BUs to address customer High Value Problems

  • Drives the adoption of new technology at the customer site. Works closely with customers to demonstrate and introduce new technologies at customer sites, through Demos, on site evaluations and Joint Development Programs.

  • Proliferates TES learnings to SBU/BU. Identifies & deploys new analytical methods

  • Manage and lead a team of of MPE's. Responsible for hiring the right resources and implementing appropriate training plans to enhance strenght of the team. Responsible for performance management and employee development

  • Expert integration knowledge in multiple areas

  • Technology expert in multiple product lines and multiple BUs

  • Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across business unit, department or sub-functions

Leadership

  • Leads through subordinate managers of managers; executes segment/functional business plans and contributes to the development of segment/functional strategy

  • Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment

Impact

  • Guided by segment/functionalstrategy, impacts results of a department, business unit or sub-function or facilitates the work done by other segments/functions by providing support to impact the business
