Develops, implements, and monitors operational processes and internal controls for the day-to-day management of high profile, complex provider communications and related projects. Integrates multi-channel communication and direct response strategies to ensure that communication activity is appropriate and effective for campaign/market objectives. May drive and oversee Medicaid and Medicare project implementation for provider communications. May have budgetary oversight for staff, vendors, and administrative expenses to include budget development for implementation. Responsible for compliance with Federal, State, and contractual mandates, guidelines, and policies.

Requires Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
