The HRSC Call Rep works as part of a team in Inspire Brands' HR Solutions Center which provides quality customer service to Inspire Brands associates and managers through inbound or outbound calls, emails, or ticketing system. Calls are related to HR System issues and ensuring the caller's needs are met in a timely manner. The HRSC Call Rep handles incoming calls, identifies and documents issues, processes the necessary transaction or escalates the issue to an HRSC Specialist for further research and resolution. Support organization changes through high volume transactional support as needed. Process transaction requests received via call, email, or ticketing system. Provide exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general Human Resources support to team members and field managers by applying basic knowledge of HR concepts and procedures via multiple contact formats.
Answer incoming calls and respond to incoming written inquiries to provide general HR support to all team members on all HR related systems and processes and procedures including: HRIS System Access and Navigation, E-Verify / I-9 Compliance, a Password Resets
Prioritize and support administrative work for various Human Resources departments
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary and participate with special projects, as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Prior experience using HR systems
Preferred: Experience in the hospitality services industry
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Effective verbal and written communication
Basic problem solving
Effective time management
Excellent customer service
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to maintain confidential information
Able to execute pre-defined processes from detailed written or verbal instructions and apply knowledge of the process for follow-up and troubleshooting
