The Member Specialist is responsible to the Branch Manager for identifying and discussing the financial needs of new and existing members. Explores and defines opportunities for Credit Union products/services to meet current and future needs of existing and new members. Responsibilities include assisting members with opening new accounts, processing loan requests, and cross-selling credit union products and services.
Qualifications include an Associates degree or equivalent experience, and approximately 2-3 years as a Member Specialist or equivalent position. Must have the ability to successfully sell Chartway products and services to achieve organizational, and team goals. Must be a self motivated individual who can work independently with a strong initiative and have the ability to handle multiple tasks within specified deadlines.
