A Financial Solutions Representative I reports to the Member Solutions Center Service Manager and is responsible for providing exceptional service experiences in a fast-paced call center environment. Day to day interactions include assisting and educating members on successfully managing their credit union relationship. Representatives are accountable for accurately assisting callers with credit union eligibility, account transactions, online banking support and account maintenance requests. All experiences delivered should contribute positively to the channels assigned performance objectives.

Responsible and Accountable for:

  • Taking inbound calls from members and non-members for general servicing inquiries for checking, savings, credit cards, certificates of deposit, business accounts and loan products (auto, equity, line of credits and personal loans)

  • Option to work from home based on skillset and time in position

  • Exercise problem solving skills and promote the benefits of membership

  • Update member and account information as needed

  • Maintain Member Solutions Center service levels by handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment

  • Communicate using extraordinary soft skills during complex conversations to deliver an outstanding member experience.

  • Handle complex conversations and situations professionally to create an outstanding member experience on every call.

  • Consistently and effectively cross-selling credit union products and services to achieve assigned referral goals.

  • Ability to respond to member inquiries regarding current products and services, as well as current promotions.

  • Utilize -available- time efficiently, consistently maintaining low -work- and -unavailable- percentages while meeting interaction performance

  • Comply with all member verification processes to mitigate risk and protect the member and the credit union for fraud or loss.

  • Comply with all record keeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act for wire funds transfers of $3,000 or more.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Possess superior organizational skills that enable accurate and efficient service experiences.

  • Possess superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Possess the Credit Union knowledge required to educate members on the features and benefits of credit union products and promotions

  • Possess deep knowledge of all credit union products to assist in problem solving and generate referrals to support the CU's multiproduct strategy

  • Ability to provide information to current and prospective members concerning eligibility for membership, products and services (loans and deposits).

  • Ability to act as a problem solver, information provider and liaison between members and various internal departments.

  • Ability to complete accurate and timely currency transaction reports as required by the Bank Secrecy Act.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

  • Demonstrate strong work ethic that supports organizational values and demands the highest standard of conduct from self and others.

  • Self-motivated to meet performance goals.

  • Ability to comply with all state and federal regulations.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: High school education or equivalent GED.

The Data Engineer would be responsible for development and operations of the data warehouse, and overall data environment management for the credit union. The engineer will work closely with Chartway's analysts, business owners, and stakeholders across the business to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support analytical solutions. Once developed, solutions will deliver essential data to satisfy their informational needs and the needs of our members. Engineers will train and develop both internal resources as well as Subject Matter Experts in different departments on proper ways to query, analyze and use data.

Responsible andAccountable for:

  • Building and supporting elements of data infrastructure to help the business insights, product analytics, and all business functions to use data to drive decisions

  • Communicate complex information, ideas, and findings to non-technical key stakeholder

  • Interfaces across the organization to share vision and provide guidance on usage of the data product/solution

  • Collaborate with teams to identify, prioritize, and develop key features to meet business needs.

  • Supports Requirements Analysis, Presenting Technical Information, and Problem Solving. Able to quickly determine the best way to put information together

  • Participates actively in data design; data standards; and policy as it pertains to data management and analytic solutions

Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities:

  • Proficient with SQL scripting

  • Working knowledge of a data visualization tool, preferably Power BI

  • Working knowledge of an orchestration tool, preferably SSIS

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and think critically

  • Ability to be self-directed and demonstrate strong initiative

  • Ability to work independently and support team processes and responsibilities

  • Ability to articulate and interpret results and processes in a compelling manner

  • Technical knowledge of data management systems, data warehouse methodology, data quality, and data modelling

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible to the Learning & Development Manager to provide an exceptional learning experience. The Learning & Development Specialist delivers effective training programs to immerse team members into the Chartway culture and prepare Chartway team members to provide exceptional member service, promote products/services, and operate company systems/software applications.

  • Delivery of training using a variety of training methods including both classroom and virtual classroom delivery

Reporting to the Director of Partner Services, the Branch Services Business Analyst will apply analytical skills to support branch service initiatives and execution of branch service strategies. This position will gather sales and production data and report findings and suggestive enhancements to improve sales.   • Designs, conducts, analyzes, reports on, and manages branch and market production results

  • Develops necessary reporting using Excel and PowerBI tools and provides monthly metrics to show opportunities and trends.

  • Conducts research on member experience, services, and products via a variety of research methods

  • Assist management in establishing or enhancing the measurement of key performance indicators via new dashboards/scorecards.

The Business Analyst - Core Systems is responsible to the Director of Application Technology for gathering business requirements for various supported banking systems, and data and report requests. This role provides analysis to programmers for development, and manages banking system vendor relationships. Coordinates upgrades and other internal and vendor system maintenance. Manages new banking system/application integration.

Responsibleand Accountable for:

  • Analyze applications that support banking functions and provide feedback and recommendations to Director of Application Technology. Banking Systems include but are not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) System, Auto Title Tracking System, Account and Loan Origination System.

  • Evaluate and provide recommendations for quality and efficiency improvements in banking system processes and procedures.

  • Function as Analyst/Project Lead for various Technology Dept related projects including but not limited to business intelligence, and internally developed systems/applications.

  • Interacts with end users to gather requirements for changes or modifications to existing applications.

  • Understands various departmental processes and functions that interact with supported banking systems.

  • Develops functional specifications per user requirements and provide clear scope for technical developers.

  • Participate in the design and testing phases, including design and testing of prototypes and orchestration and sign-off on acceptance test results to ensure design integrity.

  • Serves as technical and communications liaison between Application Technology and Retail and other operational departments for all banking system related issues.

  • Maintains disaster preparedness of critical banking systems, to include management of disaster recovery testing and ensures changes in operations are reflected in the disaster recovery plan.
