  • Partnering with employees and management to support various human resources functions

  • Data Entry included but not limited to: inputting new employee records, employee change requests, processing terminations, and other changes requested by management

  • Onboarding new employees, including processing background checks and I-9 verifications

  • Performing reporting analysis to audit data and check for accuracy

  • Partnering with HR Service Center Manager, HR Generalists, and other Coordinators on various projects

  • Strategizing ways to improve various HR processes

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Human Resources preferred)

  • 1+ years of Human Resources or Administrative experience preferred

  • ADP, or other HRIS system experience and knowledge preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, & creativity to changing needs and situations

  • Team player with ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Proven strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships in the course of business

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact successfully in a team environment
