What this looks like (starts after 90 days):

As a Product Auditor IRA Counter at Caterpillar you will:
Perform inventory audits
Analyze inventory data
Reconcile inventory discrepancies
Adhere to standard work and policies and collaborate with different work groups to implement corrective actionsComplete required inventory audits.
Rely on independent decision-making and problem-solving to complete job tasks
Meet deadlines - Multitask and prioritize work
Review transactional data and complete root cause analysis.
Drive process improvement.
Basic Requirements:
Previous experience in inventory control/cycle counting
Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to walk 3+ miles a day
Ability to perform repetitive operations
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Desired Qualifications:
Familiar with Glovia G2
Familiar with IRA/IDA Process (Inventory Dollar Accuracy)
Caterpillar product knowledge
Knowledge of Caterpillar systems and processes
