This assignment is based on the needs of the clients of the organization.Provides supervision of assigned staff; including staff assigned to counties other than Pettis.Works with staff to problem-solve issues or concerns, as they ariseLeads staff meeting at least monthly for all staff supervisedResponsible for providing program specific training to each new employee supervised and providing documentation of this training. Provides Individual Support Plan (ISP) training with all staff before the ISP implementation date and maintains documentation of this training. Provides ongoing trainings to staff as needed.Completes annual performance evaluations of all staff supervised as well as providing ongoing feedback.Responsible for reviewing and approving time cards of staff supervised or employees working in assigned program areas.Interacts professionally with staff, agencies, parents or guardians, and providersAttends all administrative staff meetingsKeeps Program Manager or Program Director informed of developments or concernsAdministers prescription and PRN medications, as prescribed by physician, as needed.Advises Community Living Registered Nurse of program individuals medical issues.Ensures physical examinations, are completed annually.Writes all implementation strategies related to ISPs for individuals served.Documents specific Professional Manager activities in the PM section of Set Works.Oversees individuals served medical issues and ensures Medication Administration Record (MARs) are accurate.Carries emergency phone, in a rotational basis, as directed by Program Manager. During this time, the supervisor must be within at least a 1-hour drive response time and not be cognitively impaired. Responds immediately to requests for assistance.Participates in all individuals served ISP meetings or other team meetings regarding individuals served.Ensures discharge summaries are completed for all individuals served from the Community Living Program.Ensures monthly paperwork is completed reviewed and submitted to the Administrative Assistant by the 10th of each month. Daily attendance is completed no later than the 5th for the month prior.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited university plus four years of related work experience or masters degree (MA or MS) from an accredited university plus two years of related work experience, and/or a combination of education and direct experience equal to eight years.Previous supervisory experience preferredStrong communication skills both written and verbal requiredOPENING DATE: August 9, 2022CLOSING DATE: Until FilledSHIFTS: FT (40 hrs.)
