Job Description:
As a key member of the L3Harris Technologies SAP initiative, the SAP Business Analyst will be supporting go-live of Manufacturing to SAP. This position will require excellent team work and collaboration skills to work with key business leaders from across L3Harris Technologies to support current processes for Operations Management and help define new processes going forward. The SAP Business Analyst will possess an effective mix of leadership, communication, business and project management skills to provide support. Utilizing these skills, the person in this role will be responsible for working within a team to provide support for SAP Applications to all of L3Harris Technologies.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with a diverse support team comprised of business, technical and external consulting resources to streamline key business processes through the production support and implementation of Production Planning, Material Management, and Production Execution modules for the various SAP ERP systems
Development of key project deliverables to support the SAP applications. This will include supporting the implementation of these applications at multiple divisions and configuring new functionality
Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete custom development identified as part of L3Harris business requirements
Provide project metrics to support the management of key project milestones and deliverables
Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction
Support the development and enforcement of the policies and procedures for the introduction of application development enhancements
Become the L3Harris key technical resource by working closely with all L3Harris business teams to understand and solve their business issues
Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements
Work consists of making significant improvements of processes, systems, solutions, or products to enhance performance and user experience
Conducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Professional, with experience in a full lifecycle ECC 6.0 and/or S4 HANA implementation using the waterfall and/or Agile methodology
SAP business and technical knowledge of Operations and Planning, Plant Maintenance, Material Master, and Quality Management
A resource in defining SAP system requirements with the ability to configure the SAP applications based on those requirements
Hands on, practical experience with systems implementation methodologies and configuration management
Experience in developing and maintaining key documentation including functional requirements, interface design documents, data mapping specifications, and functional test plans
Experience with SAP On-Going Technical and Application Support
Expertise in maintaining master data in SAP
Expertise S/4 HANA functionality and Configuration
Expertise in creating RICEFW specifications to support custom development needed to support SAP application business design
Experience with at least 3 full SAP implementations

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado and New York State is $109,000 - $203,000. For California and New York City, the salary range for this role is $125,500 - $233,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
