This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
Responsibilities
Manage a team within the Project Controls Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) organization that is responsible for project reporting and analysis that drives continuous improvement and predictability.
Create and manage global reporting, for regional and global reporting to global leadership, regional leadership, and project leadership.
Coordinate with various stakeholders in the EPC organization and other partner organizations.
Understanding data requirements across the EPC organization and streamlining output with one source of truth
Monitor project performance of projects throughout the execution lifecycle.
Create and manage Project Controls Quality program.
Manage learning and training.
Coordination of Project Controls execution application launch.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years people management experience.
3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex cross-functional problems into clear solutions/recommendations.

Project management/process improvement skills.
Experience managing complex, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects.
The ability to drive constant innovation, improve cycle time and lean principles while bringing a growth mindset.
Technical Program Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
