Purpose of Job
We are currently seeking a talented Campaign Analyst - Mid Level for our location in San Antonio, Texas.
Leads campaign requirement sessions, providing audience expertise and assisting in determining forecasted volumes. Oversees the build, execution, and delivery of accurate audience data; performs these tasks as required due to complexity or data security limitations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
Responds to business requests for creating new or modifying existing standard audience selection rules by collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with campaign requirements.
Coordinates with seniors and/or leads on the team to implement request within the execution tool (, UNICA Campaign, Interact).
Applies subject matter knowledge on existing rules and fallout analysis to educate key stakeholders.
Ensures data elements or functional requirements are available.
Explores existing resources against business needs and identifies gaps.
Partners with IT and senior/lead to identify solutions for resources not readily available.
Applies subject matter knowledge across a single product line and execution tools to facilitate the implementation of solutions in business requirement sessions.
Participates in campaign requirement sessions for moderately complex marketing campaigns.
Provides foundational knowledge of audience and forecasted volumes.
Complete the final detailed business and technical requirements in support of marketing campaigns.
Ensures the successful build, execution, and delivery of accurate audience data for assigned marketing campaigns.
Coordinates research efforts into member inquires and supports escalated matters as needed.
Investigates audience size and member profile requests and generates findings/reports.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required.
4 or more years of relevant business and/or general analysis experience.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and Access.
Proficient knowledge of statistics.
Proficient knowledge of relevant data analysis tools.
Proficient knowledge of relevant industry data sources.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with UNICA Campaign
Experience with Adobe Campaign
Marketing Campaign experience
Experience with SQL, SAS, or ETL processes for extracting audience data
Marketing Analytics experience
Experience with Adobe Marketing technology
Experience with building audiences

COMPENSATION
USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $66,300- $119,500 *(this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location). Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
*Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average. Shift Premium will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
