NSI's Global Human Resources Manager is responsible for the entire function of Human Resources for our domestic and international locations. Duties include, but are not limited to, recruiting, training and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, policy development and implementation.

  • Manage the compensation program to include: assisting managers with merit review process, analyzing internal salaries to ensure pay equity, and conducting salary surveys to ensure market competitiveness for domestic and international locations.

  • Drive succession planning process for all departments.

  • Manage mid-year and annual review process.

  • Strategic business partner to leadership team.

  • Manage all employee relations issues and act as a liaison, when necessary, between employees, supervisors, and managers.

  • Drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs.

  • Participate and provide guidance for all performance improvements and disciplinary actions.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends.

  • Ensure that all employment practices are in compliance with State/Federal/International laws.

  • Administer Workers Compensation and Unemployment Insurance.

  • Manage phone coverage, front desk and HR Generalist.

  • Responsible for development of HR Generalist.

  • Coordinate the annual United Way campaign.

  • Oversee all wellness programs.

  • Oversee Payroll processing.

Required:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in the Human Resource field

  • 7-10 years minimum experience

Prefered:

  • SHRM-SCP certification

  • Previous experience supporting a Manufacturing organization

  • Experience with supporting multi-state organizations

  • A plus to have

  • Experience supporting international organizations

  • Workday HCM
