WSP is currently initiating a search for a part-time Senior Structural Engineer, Complex Bridge for our Midwest Structural team . Work will be completed from a City with a WSP office. Remote work is allowed as permitted by your supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strong technical skills in structures and bridges overall and a desire to work on challenging projects are necessary
Experience on complex projects in MN, IA, NE, KS and MO.
Experience should include Project Engineer or Task Manager rolse in multi-discipline projects, including responsibility and control for technical quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Civil Engineering from accredited university
Minimum of 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering
Professional Engineer license in one of the states listed above.
Good communication skills, both written and oral, in English are essential
Candidate must be able to work in the United States on a permanent basis immediately
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
