This job touches some of the strong product portfolio of ITW Global Brands including SlimeR, Fix-A-FlatR, PermatexR, Fast OrangeR, Spray NineR, GumoutR, Rain-XR, Black MagicR and EvercoatR.
Manage all aspects of the ITW Global brand relationships within Walmart. Develop and implement innovative sales programs and introduce new products within account assignment. Develop and implement plans to deliver revenue growth. Maintain, grow, and develop strong customer relationships. Manage allotted budget within assigned parameters.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
High proficiency with Walmart's Retail Link system to collect data, analyze sales trends, manage forecasts, and identify opportunities.
Develop account relationships across Walmart Merchandising, Replenishment, Marketing, and Store Operations.
Develop annual business plans to achieve goals to drive core product growth, new product distribution, and promotional programs.
Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Brand Management on product, pricing, promotions, advertising, and new product introductions.
Prepare and deliver account presentations utilizing Sales and Marketing data, as well as syndicated data.
Customer focus, communication, sales coaching, decision-making and influencing skills.
Interface with CPFR, Demand Planners, Customer Service and Transportation on supply needs.
Control annual assigned promotional budget per account.
Manage Post Audit Claims - Researching and Clearing
Bachelor's degree from accredited university.
3 to 5 years of previous Sales Account Management or Category Advisorship experience required. Previous experience working with Walmart preferred.
Reside in Northwest Arkansas and work in the Bentonville office.
Proficiency in computer business programs - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Availability to travel 10% to 15%
Current, valid driver's license.
