The Digital Payment Specialist will be responsible for performing operational support duties and assisting bank staff with client inquiries and account maintenance of digital payment solutions. This person will provide a full range of professional, technical, and general support to internal customers, primarily focusing on wire transfers, debit cards, and ACH operations.Ideal candidates high school diploma or equivalent work experience with 2 years of experience in a banking environment or similar financial institution is preferred. Excellent customer service, utilizing effective oral and written communication skills and etiquette, is required. Strong computer skills are preferred (Outlook, Excel, Word, browsers, etc.).
