The Digital Payment Specialist will be responsible for performing operational support duties and assisting bank staff with client inquiries and account maintenance of digital payment solutions. This person will provide a full range of professional, technical, and general support to internal customers, primarily focusing on wire transfers, debit cards, and ACH operations.Ideal candidates high school diploma or equivalent work experience with 2 years of experience in a banking environment or similar financial institution is preferred.
