1st shift hours: 5am- 4pm 2nd shift hours: 4pm-3:30am Primary Duties: * Perform duties associated with the safe operation of forklift including but not limited to: movement of raw materials and finished goods to various areas in the plant, unloading and organizing raw materials, emptying and replacing waste receptacles or vinyl shaker barrels * Complete documentation/paperwork as required * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Perform manual material handling of product throughout the process as required * Communicate with Lead Hand and Supervisor(s) on safety or process related issues * Adhere to plant safety rules, health and safety policies and procedures * Other activities/work as assigned by supervisor * 1 - 3 years forklift or tow motor experience preferred * Ability to complete in-house forklift evaluation * Previous production experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment preferred * Experience in proper material handling preferred * Ability to work in a team environment * High school diploma or equivalent Details: * Position may require standing, walking or sitting for prolonged periods of time in multiple areas inside and outside of the facility * $1.00/hour 2nd shift premium * Pay increase every 3 or 6 months during your first year * Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance * 401k * Paid Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Holiday Pay * Monthly bonuses $$ * Referral bonuses $$ All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
