Job Title:Data Analyst
Description:
We are looking for a data analyst who will perform analysis of Peoplesoft payroll data for a large healthcare organization. The data analyst will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading payroll data from various sources, as well as creating reports, assessing data quality and accuracy. The data analyst will also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to identify data needs, provide insights, and recommend solutions.
Skills Required:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related data-focused field
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
Experience with Peoplesoft payroll systems and data structures
Knowledge of payroll processes, policies, and regulations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The expected base hourly rate for this position ranges from $90 to $140. Offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
