REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the AVP, Fundraising Operations and has no direct reports.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position plays a crucial role in advancing ProMedica's mission by securing philanthropic
support and raising essential funds for the organization's core business of hospitals and service
lines. Responsible for leading and providing oversight of ProMedica's system-wide annual
corporate giving program (i.e., Mission Partners), the role involves effectively managing accounts for new giving prospects and current donors; and driving business development efforts to engage new companies in the Mission Partners program. This individual will cultivate gifts ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 from local and regional businesses and will collaborate closely with Philanthropy's Senior Leadership Team to secure higher-level gifts. Additionally, this position will be responsible for securing gifts for ProMedica's annual fund (i.e., gifts of up to approximately $1,000) through strategic execution of direct mail and email campaigns and oversight of the annual giving society. Finally, this individual will engage in networking on behalf of the foundation and raise awareness about ProMedica and the Foundation by participating in local and regional meetings and events.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

across the ProMedica geographic footprint.
a. Lead business development efforts to engage new businesses in ProMedica's mission.
b. Represent the Foundation, and share mission-centric stories and testimonials, with
local and regional civic and service organizations, including Chambers of Commerce,
Rotaries, etc.
c. Effectively manage accounts for new corporate prospects and current donors.
d. Create and oversee an engaging, and mission-driven, stewardship program for
Mission Partners.
e. Partner with ProMedica's regional hospitals to deliver an annual -state of the
hospital- address to local corporations in the regions.
a. Work with local and regional businesses to secure sponsorships for ProMedica's
annual signature event.
a. Create and implement email and direct mail campaigns and segment donor lists
based on affinity, length of donor relationship, etc.
Oversee -Healthy Kids, Healthy Tomorrow- annual campaign for Ebeid Children's Hospital.
Lead the Foundation's wealth manager and attorney engagement strategy.
a. Educate and identify new prospects and donors through relationships with wealth
managers and attorneys on behalf of the foundation.
b. Continually deepen relationships with local firms to share updates on ProMedica's
