We are looking for a Product Manager to join our platform experiences product team. As a core member of the team, you will be a key contributor in supporting the evolution and execution of our strategy to deliver platform solutions that power our content and support the teaching and learning experience.
You will guide new product and feature development through all stages of the product life cycle, from identification of customer needs and product definition through design, development, launch, and sustainment. This role involves collaboration with key internal team members and customers and requires both strategic, long-term thinking and hands-on product management.
What you'll do here:
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and find opportunities for innovation and growth
Product Strategy & Roadmap : Partner with Platform Product Director and other team members to define and articulate a multi-year product strategy. This includes preparing business cases, documenting high-level requirements, and crafting detailed product roadmaps and timelines.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Apply data and market analytics to inform product decisions and priorities, ensuring products deliver value by effectively meeting educational needs and improving learning outcomes
User-Centric Design: Partner closely with UX, research, and customer-facing teams to build intuitive and engaging product experiences. Ensure products meet the needs of a diverse user base, including students, instructors, and administrators.
Collaboration : Act as a liaison between various partners including customers, development teams, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and effective communication of product vision
Skills you will need here:
Minimum 3 years' product management experience, preferably in the educational technology sector
Understanding of the latest educational technology trends and challenges
Experience leading complex product development cycles and working with cross-functional teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate value, simplify nuanced concepts and tailor messaging to a range of audiences (users, leadership, engineering, etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to self-manage progress and output with a high degree of personal accountability
Minimal travel encouraged, 5-10%

Base Pay Range
The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
$73,400.00 - $117,400.00 USD
