Description:
50%: You will interview and onboard new therapists who join the BetterHelp platform.
25%: You will conduct outbound phone calls to assist therapists with the onboarding process, once they have applied to join BetterHelp. (Note: This is NOT -cold calling- and it is NOT a Sales position - it is an onboarding position.)
25%: You will be accountable for the day-to-day operations & SLAs for the -top of funnel- work for the BetterHelp therapist onboarding process, including but not limited to: initial application review, initial license verifications, initial credentialing and sanctions investigations, and initial profile creation/review.
BetterHelp is a mental health platform that involves onboarding many therapists to join this platform. This Onboarding Specialist role will be responsible for conducting these interviews with therapists that want to join BetterHelp and asking them very non-technical questions such as "What is your name? Where did you get your therapist license from?" On top of this, this person will help therapists with their onboarding, ensuring completion and answering any questions they may have. If the therapists have not completed their onboarding, this person will also follow up via phone to guide them and see if they are still interested. Some administrative work includes verifying licenses and inputting notes.
