The Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Analyst plays a critical role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion modules related to Procurement, Finance and customer experience (CX). They are responsible for configuring and customizing the system to meet business requirements, ensuring smooth data migration from legacy applications, and providing ongoing support. Here are the key responsibilities:
Your Impact
Lead end-to-end data migration to Oracle Fusion Procurement, Finance and CX modules from Legacy applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with business processes.
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Procurement, Finance and CX to meet specific organizational needs.
Work closely with the customer experience (CX) team to configure and Support Oracle CX modules, ensuring seamless integration with CX to PPM processes.
Customize CX functionalities such as customer profiles, leads and opportunities
Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness during the migration process.
Collaborate with legacy application SMEs and technical teams to map data fields and transform data as needed.
Conduct testing (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing) to validate system configurations.
Provide training to end-users on Oracle Fusion Procurement, Finance and CX functionalities.
Assist users during the post-implementation phase, addressing any issues or enhancements.
Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree. With 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 end-to-end
Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
Hands-on experience in at least one of the Oracle Fusion Procurement, Finance and CX modules configurations.
Hands-on experience in data migration process and familiarity with best practices.
Good business knowledge of in at least one of the Oracle Fusion Procurement, Finance and CX modules.
Understanding of project management principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, errors, and performance problems.
Provide technical support and training to the end users and resolve their queries and issues.
Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Collaborate with the business stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle support to identify and implement enhancements and integrations for the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Ensure compliance with the security and data privacy standards and regulations.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $95,000- $169,290.00
