MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT III - Full time opportunity to provide routine/preventative maintenance, general upkeep, and minor repairs. Requires knowledge of state and local codes/laws regarding fire safety. HVAC, carpentry and appliance repair experience required. Two years HVAC, carpentry and appliance repair experience required.
