The Business Change Director will play a key role in supporting the growth, evolution and maintenance of Anthem's Network Solutions including custom network arrangements. This role will be responsible for working with cross-functional stakeholders focused on developing value based provider strategies and monitoring execution of these plans to enhance network portfolio.
Successful candidate will be a self-starter who bring a mix of intellectual curiosity, a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, an interest in spanning strategy and execution, and business consulting skills.
Business Change Director
Location: Remote opportunity-EST and CST time zones preferred

As a Business Change Director , you will be responsible for working with management to identify and implement strategic network solutions, programs and plans, working cross- functionally to optimize and maintain the existing network that support achievement of value-based business unit and enterprise goals.
How you will make an impact:
Specializes in network effectiveness to include data analysis and ensures activities are aligned with corporate strategy.
Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope data.
Leads efforts to identify best practices.
Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support network and value-based care business needs.
Designs methods for integrating functions and processes.
Conducts network cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change, network reassessment throughout Provider Solutions business unit.
Provides process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to both local and enterprise wide initiatives.
Leads the network solutions prioritization and scheduling activities for the business unit.
Provides expertise in process planning and portfolio management activities.
Supports the execution of the operating plan.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Qualifications:
Knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management and change management experience (strategic and execution) strongly preferred
Previous network development and/or value-based payment arrangement experience is strongly preferred
Masters degree preferred
Up to 20% travel may be required
