Ferguson is now seeking a Cabinet Designer to join our team!
This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $55k - $85k annually.
Responsibilities:
Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell and specify kitchen and bathroom cabinets
Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information
Assist customers by appointment while using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately
Continually focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is preferred but equivalent experience in sales within our industry will be considered
At least 1 year of experience with kitchen cabinet design or interior design is required
Knowledge of 20/20 CAD design software is required
House call and interior installation experience is a plus
Fluency in Spanish (bilingual) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication including a strong sales presence
Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
The ability to manage a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge
Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
