Ferguson is now seeking a Cabinet Designer to join our team!

This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $55k - $85k annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell and specify kitchen and bathroom cabinets

  • Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information

  • Assist customers by appointment while using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately

  • Continually focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but equivalent experience in sales within our industry will be considered

  • At least 1 year of experience with kitchen cabinet design or interior design is required

  • Knowledge of 20/20 CAD design software is required

  • House call and interior installation experience is a plus

  • Fluency in Spanish (bilingual) is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication including a strong sales presence

  • Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

  • The ability to manage a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
