Job Description:
This person will contribute to the company's success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products.
Essential Functions:
Build devices per drawing, routing, and work instructions
Assemble small and large components to form sub-assemblies or completed assemblies using torque drivers, long nose pliers, screw drivers, and soldering irons.
Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner and maintain 5S in the area
Cross-train new and current employees on all assembly lines
Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements
Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment
Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks
Ability to work overtime as needed
Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Obtain L3Harris provided J-STD-001 Certification within first 90 days of employment.
Qualifications :
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Strong mechanical background
Strong customer focus
Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements through the L3Harris E3 continuous improvement process.
Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and Bills of Material (BOM)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $35,780 - $54,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
