Employer will be attending the ROLLA REGIONAL HIRING EVENTi at Columbia College on August 18, 2022i 10am- 2pm!We are looking for production workers with 3-4 years of woodworking experience, or equivalent applicable skills (such as manufacturing, carpentry, machinist, etc.), that have an aptitude and willingness to learn and work alone and with a team to build high-end custom cabinetry. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality results from start to finish. Candidate Qualifications:Ability to read shop drawings and perform work assigned with no oversight needed. Can safely and efficiently operate table saw, chop saw, router, orbital sander, and pneumatic tools. Displays excellent communication skills. Expert knowledge of millwork products including laminates, solid surface, and painted finishes. Will demonstrate principles of safety for self and others daily. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes and encourages teamwork and discourages drama. Ability to bend, twist, lift, and stand on your feet for long periods of time.Able to work 10-12-hour shifts for 4 to 6 days a week as needed for production.
