Job Summary
The Senior Government Property Administrator Specialist will collaborate closely with the Government Property Site Manager (GPSM), Program Managers, and the Property team to support daily operations related to most or all of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), particularly FAR 45 and 52.245-1. This support includes aligning site processes with the objectives and requirements of the customer's Government Property Manual (GPM) and ensuring effective management of Government/Customer property in accordance with contract terms.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure Government-approved business systems remain fully compliant with Government, customer, contractual requirements, and applicable Aerospace policies and procedures.
Support daily operations related to the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes as defined by FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
Follow contract objectives, Statements of Work (SOWs), deliverable reports, and outcome metrics to drive actions and decisions.
Lead contract management efforts, including overseeing the contract closeout process.
Utilize SAP for reporting and task execution, serving as a key SAP user and coordinating new WBS setup.
Assist Program Managers with asset and material transfers related to contracts.
Collaborate with the disposition lead to manage Plant Clearance for excess items required for contract closure.
Oversee risk mitigation and ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of related experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must have an NPMA certification (CPPS or CPPA).
Must have eQUIP or AssetSmart or equivalent property system user knowledge.
PIEE system knowledge.
Government property experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field.
Must have core job competencies in the USG FAR 52.245-1 requirements for contractors and an understanding of the 10 outcomes.
