The Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for vulnerability management across the Inspire Brands portfolio. Responsibilities include communication and coordination with corporate personnel, Franchisees, and partners within Inspire brands. This position will partner closely with the Cybersecurity, Technology, and Project Management teams to ensure that technology products adhere to Inspire Brands security policies and standards
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct external and internal vulnerability scans across all in-scope assets
Aggregate scan results and deliver vulnerability reports to stakeholders
Coordinate penetration tests with testing partners and internal teams
Communicate test results and drive remediation of identified defects
Deploy virtual scanners and scanning agents to computing assets across the enterprise
Act as a liaison between external vulnerability management vendors and internal teams, facilitating remediation of discovered vulnerabilities
Education Qualifications
4 year bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information science or related field
A master's degree in computer science, data science, information science or related field, or equivalent work
Experience Qualification
Minimum 4 years experience with common security control frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST, etc.)
Experience or working knowledge of vulnerability management programs, processes, and tools
Experience or working knowledge of patch management programs, processes, and tools
Experience or working knowledge of general IT infrastructure management
Experience in retail, restaurant, and/or eCommerce industry

Strong customer/client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately, provide a superior customer/client experience and build long-term relationships
Analytical and problem-solving skills to enable effective problem resolution
Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies, with the flexibility to handle multiple high-pressure situations simultaneously

Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with a broad range of people and roles, including vendors and IT-business personnel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
