Maintenance Spare Parts Data Specialist- Product Data Coordinator

Ferguson Industrial Integrated Supply has a position open for a Maintenance Spare Parts Data Specialist- Product Data Coordinator on site supporting our customer CSL Behring. This position will include creating and maintaining product records for the items used by the maintenance and engineering teams at CSL Behring.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities for Product Data Coordinator:
. Management of Complete Add/Change of spare parts into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (SAP)
. Maintaining/tracking of all new spare part requests
. Follow Standard Operating Procedures of all entry of all new spare part requests into the ERP system.
. Developing customer relationships
. Obtaining Quotations and part number verifications for each SKU
. Sourcing requested items
. Generating Lean opportunities
. Provide administrative support to the buying and purchasing team.
Requirements for Positions:
. SAP Experience preferred but not required.
. Understanding of product and parts used in an industrial maintenance operation is preferred but not required. If there is no work history in this field, the candidate must have a strong willingness to research and learn.
. Computer efficiency and knowledge
. Extremely elevated level of detail to comply with GMP requirements and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for part creation
. Proven organization skills
