In this role you will support multiple cutting-edge projects for top government and commercial leaders. We offer opportunities to solve problems and improve processes while leveraging the newest technologies to provide our customers the highest quality products and services. This position is based out of our Beavercreek, OH office with travel and remote work options supporting out-of-area DoD, Federal Civilian, and commercial customers as required.
As the Senior Cost Analyst, you will provide cost estimating and analysis support to a variety of ongoing project teams as part of Serco-WBB's highly qualified interdisciplinary team of consultants. You will be expected to support a wide variety of analytical projects including working for and with a variety of DoD, Federal, and corporate customers. The Mission Support SME will interface with customers on a regular basis to develop project requirements, collaborate and work on integrated teams, and to brief, defend, and support project results. Must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers.
The Senior Cost Analyst will develop cost estimates and models to support a wide range of end products to include, but not limited to:
Product Support Business Case Analysis (PSBCA)
Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
Analysis of Alternatives (AoA)
Life Cycle Cost Estimates
Total Ownership Cost (TOC) Analysis
Cost Analysis Requirements Document (CARD)
Acquisition Milestone Support
Develop, present and defend cost estimates through various cost agencies (i.e. Air Force Cost Analysis Agency), in addition to project customers
Provide objective cost/financial analysis, insight, and recommendations to customers
Participate in and/or lead collaborative working groups among a variety of government and industry organizations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Active DoD SECRET security clearance
Bachelor's Degree
Ten (10) years of experience conducting cost analysis, financial management, execution, tracking, and program analysis
Knowledge/Experience using various cost estimating software tools (i.e. ACEIT and Crystal Ball)
Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent listening as well as oral and written communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with customers and colleague
Additional desired experience and skills:
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or ability obtain one
MBA or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Cost Estimating, Operations Research or related discipline
Army PBBE Experience
Business - Life Cycle Logistics, Acquisition Professional Development Program, Level 2
Certified Defense Financial Manager
Army Program Manager Level II
