The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Food Services Coordinator to our Education team in Tampa, FL. As a Food Services Coordinator for K-12 by Elior, you will have the opportunity to lead onsite foodservice operations.
What you'll be doing:
Directing foodservice staff and daily operations to ensure smooth service.
Communicating with area management to report any problems, issues, or concerns.
Maintaining records, including financials and inventory reporting.
Assisting with and overseeing all aspects of food preparation.
Ensuring that meals meet all standards for quality, temperature, portion control, and proper food handling.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years' experience in foodservice.
At least one years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent leadership skills.
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite.
