Job Title:Epic Support Analyst

Description:

CTG is seeking outstanding Epic consultants looking to collaborate with team members who like to solve problems, improve work flows and have a passion for customer service to support a variety of Epic for our clients.

This position requires Epic experience and will be 100% remote and requires after-hours on-call support.

Requirements:

• Epic experience with the following modules are Kaleidoscope, Beacon, Phoenix and Research

• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience preferred.

• Experienced providing user support with Epic Modules.

• Strong analytical abilities and effective communications skills needed.

• Must work well in group situations and work well independently

The expected base hourly rate for this position ranges from $60 to $85 hourly. Offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
