Responsible for creating a positive applicant experience for candidates by managing/executing/establishing ATS profiles and accurate applicant data entry.
Part-time schedule 6 hours per day Mon-Fri
Responsibilities include: 1. Remove Indeed requisition link to ATS to allow Easy Apply option. 2. Create a unique ATS profile including user name and password for each applicant. 3. Accurately enter all applicant data into ATS for application completion. 4. Assist candidates as needed with difficulties accessing ATS due to user name and password. 5. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required: Education: High School diploma or GED Skills: Strong experience within Microsoft Office and experience within an applicant tracking system. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Years of Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience in a face-paced office environment.
Preferred: Education: Associate degree, focus in Business Administration, HR Administration, or related field. Skills: Strong project management, organizational and administrative skills. Excellent problemsolving and decision-making skills. Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Experience coordinating and collaborating across all relevant functions in the organizations. Years of Experience: 1-3 years' experience of recruitment support.
