Evoqua's Industrial Treatment Division has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative focused on the Mining Industry. In the mining industry, water is used for various applications and can contain significant solid contamination. The range of contaminants can be broad and extremely high (beyond 45% wt concentration). These applications require high efficiency removal with minimized operational expenditure. Evoqua is an industry leader in developing, engineering, and manufacturing filter press technology, as well as other separation solutions for achieving enhanced water quality and sustainability.

The Sales Representative position is responsible for successful attainment of bookings and revenue growth through OEM's, distributors and channel partners. The role will include (but not limited to) actions like assisting Business Partners, forecasting, plan execution, prospecting accounts/opportunities, identifying synergistic relationships, developing strategic partners and utilizing sales tools. The role requires competency to illustrate Evoqua's dewatering filtration capabilities and, more importantly, the business acumen and managerial skill to develop and execute bold strategic plans to generate new business opportunities. This role must act with a sense of urgency to deliver territory goals and commitments.

. Collaborates with strategic partners to accurately forecast opportunities

. Creates, manages and executes effective, high - ROI business plans

. Organizes and coordinates new partner onboarding

. Evaluates territory strengths and opportunities. Executes plans to improve coverage and grow funnel for delivering bookings and revenue

. Drives and promotes Dewatering capital, AFM, rental and service within Mining and Industrial applications

. Accelerates project conversion

. Facilitates best practice sharing across division for improved partnerships and customer support

. CRM funnel management

. Prospecting and identifying new channel partners and market/application opportunities

. Organizing and presenting technical webinars and lunch and learns

. Other duties as assigned

Required:

4-year college degree

5-7 years of experience in the Mining Industry and/or sales

Ability to demonstrate success with sales growth

Preferred:

BA/BS strongly preferred

Experience in filtration and purification systems

Experience in Mining & Industrial Market

Exposure to the Dewatering process

Salary range:

$70,500.00 - $126,500.00
