Job Summary:
As an Account Specialist (inside sales), you play a key role in maintaining client relationships for their aftermarket needs. We're seeking an individual who embodies high-impact behaviors, is inspired to innovate, empowered to lead, and accountable for driving success.
Responsibilities
Reviews drawings, BOM and makes recommendations for replacement of necessary parts and offers quotations within established guidelines.
Receive and process simple to complex customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints received by mail, email and/or telephone covering items or products ordered for Aftermarket from large installed base.
Proactively maintain strong relationship with key customers, representative, inside sales, other sales staff.
Resolve client issues promptly and ensure satisfaction
Handle all products under Wastewater Division (Envirex, Davco, JetTech and Aerators brands) in a given region covering multiple states in USA.
Proactively looks for opportunities to expand scope for upselling where applicable.
Minimal travel (<10 %) maybe necessary with primary focus on own installations, working closely in alignment with third party representatives in the region and collaborate with cross-functional teams as required.
Leverage data analytics of our installed base, data mining and developing targeted list of customers based on the product, age of installation.
Maintains and updates CRM for accurate forecast

Xylem is looking for a Field Service Technician to report to our Sanford, FL location and service our Flygt Submersible Pumps at customer sites in the surrounding area.
What your day will look like as a Field Service Technician
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our Flygt Submersible Pumps and their corresponding electrical and mechanical components at various customer sites throughout FL. Equipment specific training will be provided, but applicants with previous experience working with industrial or commercial mechanical and electrical equipment, including familiarity with PLCs, are especially encouraged to apply.
This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.

Position Requirements for Field Service Technicians
Service and repair knowledge of electrical equipment
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electric controls, related industrial equipment
Experience with variable frequency drives and PLC controls preferred
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form at multiple levels
Ability to read and comprehend electrical wiring schematics and mechanical drawings
Working understanding of single phase and three phase electrical systems as well as DC systems
Knowledge of AC/DC component location and identification
Knowledge of AC/DC electric and circuit testing skills
Ability to troubleshoot control panels for single phase and three phase controls
Forklift certification preferred
Experience with electrical submersible equipment a plus
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50% or more daily travel- home daily.

THE ROLE: The IT Asset Specialist is to help maintain the technology solutions used to manage company hardware and software assets. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the global IT asset inventory
Execute and maintain processes and procedures for tracking and analyzing technical and financial data of company software, hardware, and equipment from requisition through retirement
Increase accountability of hardware and software ownership to ensure compliance across the company

THE ROLE: The IT Asset Specialist is to help maintain the technology solutions used to manage company hardware and software assets. Clearing House Management :

Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary contact for supplier/vendor regarding compliance queries and issues.

Training and Development:

The Role: Xylem seeks to hire an EHS Clearing House Manager to be based in Bridgeport, New Jersey, Pittsburgh, PA, Houston, TX, or Charlotte, NC . This position will manage the Water Solution Services (WSS) Contractor Safety program internally and external contractor safety validations, prequalification and risk assessments from suppliers, clients, and vendors, i.e. Avetta, ISNetworld., etc.
Your role will include the assessment, monitoring, and reporting of vendor compliance status and performance in addition to collaborating with various internal teams and suppliers to maintain compliance, enhance suppliers and vendor relationships, and streamline processes. You will also assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of environmental, safety and health policies and procedures and best practices, particularly related to product manufacturing, transportation and services for rental and sales of industrial pumps and related equipment at branch offices located across the United States and Canada .
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities :
Drive and expect zero injuries as an acceptable safety culture as a KPI.
Drive and expect zero environmental NOVs as a KPI
Assist Branch Managers and EHS Managers with driving EHS accountability with suppliers and contractors
Assist the EHS&S Manager with exceeding sustainability goals as a KPI.
Vendor Compliance Management:
Oversee the registration and onboarding of vendors in the Contractor Safety system, i.e. Avetta, ISNetWorld , etc.
Ensure that all vendors comply with our company's policies and legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits, pre and post-construction assessments of vendor compliance.
Manage vendor risk assessments and due diligence processes.
Data Management and Reporting:
Create and maintain an accurate database for records of supplier/vendor compliance
Generate regular reports on supplier/vendor compliance status and any issues identified.
Provide actionable insights to improve vendor performance and compliance.
Clearing House Management :
Manage the contractor pre-qualification process through the safety clearing house system.
Ensure all required safety documentation, certifications, training, and insurance are up-to-date and maintained in the contractor database.
Review contractor safety performance and historical safety data to assess risk and approve/reject contractor eligibility.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary contact for supplier/vendor regarding compliance queries and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (such as procurement, legal, and operations) to ensure alignment of compliance standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers/vendors enhancing compliance and performance.
Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training programs for suppliers/vendors on compliance standards and procedures.
Keep updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in vendor compliance.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve the suppliers/vendors' compliance processes.
Implement new tools and technologies for efficient management of suppliers/vendors compliance.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand compliance requirements and integrate them into daily practices.
Facilitate communication between our company and suppliers/vendors to ensure a clear understanding of compliance standards and requirements.
Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and compliance standards.
Train and support team members on the effective use of the Contractor Safety system.
Manage contractor safety program.
Ability to travel ~10 to 25% across regions as some travel will require 1 to 3 days with overnight stays.
Non-Essential Functions
Participate in the Xylem Corporate EHS&S Audit Program to support ongoing compliance and management system audits at various operations and locations throughout Xylem. Serve as an audit team member and/or audit team leader.
Develop and analyze safety data and programs under the direction of the Director of EHS&S.
Prepare detailed summaries that include results of risk assessments, test results, observations, identified safety concerns, and recommendations or solutions to resolve those concerns.
Recommend ways to assist the company in creating safer and cleaner processes. Performance of varied duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
7 years experience working as a safety professional in a manufacturing and or construction environment.
7 years experience managing a Contractor Safety program and system.
Extremely competent with the use of computers and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory standards.
Comfortable providing safety training, and presentations to contractors/suppliers and or large audiences.
Expected travel: up to 25% (airplane or car) per month

Implementing protocols to ensure data is accessed only by authorized users, while complying with security standards.
Monitoring & Alerting
Implement and maintain monitoring systems that alert the team when there are potential issues with data systems (e.g., server downtime, performance degradation).
Ensure proactively monitoring to catch issues early and minimize their impact on business operations.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve data support workflows and enhance the user experience.
Work with data operations teams to streamline processes and introduce automation where feasible.
Team Development
Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the data support team.
Establish and maintain documentation and training materials for both technical teams and end users.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in one of the relevant fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS)
Technical Skills
Strong experience with BI platforms such as Power BI , Tableau , and Qlik for reporting and data visualization.
Proficiency in data integration platforms like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory .
Expertise in data warehouse technologies like Databricks , SAP BW/DW , or similar.
Proficiency with databases (SQL, NoSQL), data warehouses, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or cloud-based databases (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud for data management.
Understanding of data security practices, data governance, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Nagios) for proactive issue detection and alerting.
Strong experience with P1, P2, and P3 incident management procedures:
Ability to assess the severity of incidents, prioritize appropriately, and manage escalations.

Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams for rapid resolution of P1 and P2 incidents.

Experience Requirements
5-8 years of experience in a data-related role, with at least a portion of that time spent in data operations, data support, or technical support roles.

THE ROLE:
The driving force behind our business growth is a skilled and dedicated project management team. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set and maintain project schedule(s) while interacting with internal customers (engineering, design, validation, manufacturing, factory service, quality assurance), as well as the end user (customer)
Function as primary, external customer contact on assigned projects, with focus on exemplary customer service.
Monitor and maintain a project budget for each project managed including labor and materials, such that forecasted margins are maintained or improved upon.
Provide regular, periodic project status updates, relative to milestone completion, risk/opportunity potential, as well as cost & revenue forecasting.
Work closely with other departments (Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, QA, Materials, Finance, Installation, Shipping and Field Service) and other Divisions, as required to ensure successful project execution.
Manage the procurement of equipment and material necessary to execute the project.
Must be able to lead the coordination of internal & external resources for project execution.
Manage projects per agreed-to contract terms & conditions to ensure adherence by all parties, both internal and external, including issuance of NCCs, change orders, and customer invoices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineer. Commensurate experience in the water purification industry is acceptable.
4+ years Project Management experience in the water purification or construction industries preferred. Water purification system startup experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with SAP Business Operating System (ERP) is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project Software

Travel: 10 to 15% primarily within the United States

THE ROLE : The Sr. Field Service Technician will be responsible for the safe, accurate and professional operation of the crew, provide direction to the Operators, in charge of field operation and is responsible for all of the equipment. The Sr. Field Service Technician executes valve and hydrant operations and maintenance in the field as well as data collection activities. Daily download of data on GPS device

Responsible for tracking daily production and timekeeping of the crew.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment. This includes performing duties in maintaining compliance with any/all federal, state and local laws, regulations and requirements.

Communicate timely updates to management, co-workers, and customers to ensure timely and successful completion of job responsibilities.
