We are seeking a Sr Manager with solid experience in pricing domain to Manage the Pricing Team and steer its digital transformation, evolving team structure, Design, Architecture as well as provide necessary Technical and leadership guidance and mentorship. The role would actively engage with Business and product owners and convert Business needs and challenges into Technical deliverables. The role also requires demonstrated ability to collaborate with other leaders and Architects on various cross domain and cross platform initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities: What major responsibilities does this position have and what percentage of time is spent on completing them? (Typically 5 - 7)
Responsible for effectively managing Team and helping with evolution of the right Team structure to sustainably support and modernize pricing platform
Responsible for Detail design and Architecture for one or more products in the Merchandising/pricing space
Works as a business partner with many departments in the company and several partners and/or vendors
Applies expert-level knowledge to convey project objectives, risks and success criteria

Solid Experience with Pricing and Pricing Integrations
Solid management experience while leading individuals to optimal level of excellence.
Must be a self-starter, adapt easily to change and have a collaborative personality.
Demonstrates personal ownership of tasks and ability to follow through to get required results in established timeframe.
Able to translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives, and documents all solution architecture design and analysis work
Understanding of the systems development process and life cycle.
Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
Strong Technical experience with ability to comprehend as well as engage in a Strong technical discussion.
Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills.
Working understanding of waterfall or Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of general business concepts and user procedures.
Customer focused with the ability to build strong working relationships with business partners.
Work Experience &/or Education:
At least 10 Years of total IT experience with:
1 to 5 years of leadership experience in managing direct and indirect teams.
6+ years of experience in designing and developing Technical Solutions at scale
2-3 years experience with Cloud native technologies
