Overview

The corporate training and development e-learning Specialist, reporting to the Director of Corporate Sales Training, will be responsible for writing and designing skillset, category, product and technical training following the corporate learning directives. At the direction of department leadership and in partnership with additional business units, this position will be responsible for creating content that provides continuity for training following the corporate vision.

This opportunity is based in Philadelphia, but Company may consider remote candidates from other geographic areas. Anticipated salary range for Philadelphia-based applicants is $50,000-$65,000, but may vary based on education level, experience, and other objective factors.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Creatively write and design skillset, category, product and technical training. Delivery methods include web-based, instructor-led, and self-guided training. Materials include, but are not limited to a project plan, course outline, presentation, instructor guide, participant guide, handouts, activities, assessments and post-training assignments.

  • Develop partner relationships with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure that training meets expectations beyond initial implementation.

  • Facilitate -train the trainer- sessions to provide technical and instructional support to facilitators.

  • Conduct reviews of existing training materials to ensure learning objectives are being met.

  • Provide enhancements and revisions to existing materials and coordinate learning curriculum to reflect learning needs.

  • Work closely with the LMS Specialist to ensure finished materials are authored as specified.

  • Actively participate and/or facilitate in-person or virtual meetings as needed to support learning projects.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:

  • 3 years minimum experience designing sales training programs.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  • Experience with training in a classroom or virtual setting, eLearning's, multiple learning technology platforms (examples: LMS Systems, Socrative, FlexiQuiz, Kahoots, Moodle).

  • Excellent research skills, efficient at finding, reviewing, and monitoring information in addition to summarizing that data into reports and presentations.

  • Ability to understand a concept and transform it into workflows, business procedures and/or communications.

  • Ability to tailor the most complex messages for different audiences in a manner that they can understand and relate.

  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner and to work independently with minimal supervision.

Computer Skills:

  • Google Suite or Microsoft Office, eLearning tools, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media platforms.
