The Vice President, Consulting Sales is responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy and leading the sales and marketing initiatives to maintain our strategic position within the Commercial, Federal, State and Local markets and with our Oracle partner. The top priority of this role is to expand and scale cloud sales and the cloud customer base. Additionally, you will execute on the goal to move to an annuity-based customer pricing methodology and to grow a large renewable subscription customer base. As the executive sales leader for our consulting organization, you will hire, train, develop and manage a team of sales professionals to execute on this sales strategy. You will work cross-functionally with all other teams within the company, including the Product Sales, Marketing, Contracts, Legal and Shared Service organizations across the enterprise.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Lead, manage and grow the Consulting Services Sales business by setting the overall vision and strategic plan for the organization.
Expand and scale cloud sales and the cloud customer base.
Transition to an annuity-based customer pricing methodology and grow a large renewable subscription customer base.
Ensure that the annuity business is highly profitable, meeting and exceeding profitability targets.
Serve as the lead spokesperson and ambassador for our business, representing the organization at the highest levels to customers, partners and Oracle. Empower the organization through effective communications.
Meet organizational goals by managing to revenue and expense targets.
Focus on customer outcomes and excellence, having a long-term view of the business.
Act as executive sponsor for key customers, when needed.
Enhance company reputation, credibility and visibility around the fulfillment of robust client engagements involving the consulting and delivery of products and services.
Be an inspirational role model by challenging and maximizing the strength of the team and aligning their efforts to the vision of the organization.
Hire, develop and manage a high performing, results-oriented staff, building sales capabilities through on-going employee coaching and training.
Work in close cooperation with all other areas of the organization including Consulting Delivery and Engineering.

Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree a plus, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years' experience in Services Sales and Sales Management, with some experience in selling Oracle products a plus.
Minimum 10 years' experience selling to the Federal and State and Local Market
Minimum 5 years selling into Cloud
Experience leading and managing a sales team.
Experience successfully working with senior (C-level) executives.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of Product resell and cloud subscription business.
